Although they were obviously busy, I was still offered a lift to work and collected when my car was ready which was very helpful. Communcation was prompt and the finish looks like new

I have given 5 stars for Value for Money. However, I really can't comment as I don't know. Fleet car with all work done 'behind the scenes'.
Communication was excellent. However, It was 8 weeks between the accident and repair. This caused a real inconvenience around family and work commitments.
