Poor communication. It was left up to me to ring the office to check on my vehicle and each time I rang I was told a different day/time and a different excuse for the change i.e. broken part needed to order a new one, waiting for paint to dry, part had only just arrived waiting for someone to do the work, person hasnt come in to do the work. If it was just honest and upfront from the start I would have no issues. Under promise and over deliver.

Friendly service. Simple process, come in and have photos completed and works agreed. Provided time for delivery and when car would be back. Works completed as new
